Disgraceful treatment. Well done on a great career though, Max was always one of my favorites. How can players like Raph Clarke and Robert Eddy (duds) be selected ahead of him? How?

Second hand information,from a current player to a mate :

Max thought to be the best option were he to play a full game on one player old style where each defender is responsible for one forward.

Zac perceived to be much quicker at switching between a range of players with player interchange and the saints dropping in and out of a zone.

What an awesome player, played his heart out every week and every year and was very rarely beaten.It's a shame he had to go out in what i assume would've been in a sour form.Good luck for the rest of your career Max, has been a pleasure to watch for all supporters
