No, I get the principle behind it, I just don't agree with the one that says you shouldn't be forced (by contract) to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth because the truth is, you stuffed up. Obviously I disagree with the water boarding or whatever to force a confession, but this whole "plead the 5th" (which is essentially what we are talking about here, but in Australian terms) is utter bullshit.
