Hawthorn Rookie listed ruck. Has been given the ruck duties and improved for them all year. Renouff who was a hyped pick and former Melbourne listed ruckmen Nick smith have been playing in the backline at times to allow McEntee to ruck. Would he be worth trying to snare from their rookie list with a late draft pick?

I wouldn't be so sure you have Taylor, Campbell, Bailey, Renouff so four ruckmen on the list. How many players do you think you will delist this off season and how many draft picks will you want. It will be intresting if there is a squeeze for positions on your list he may be an excess that misses out simply because he is too far back in line

6 players will be delisted by us - so plenty of room.

Add to that the fact that Clarkson has long held the belief that ruck depth is vital - and you should see McEntee upgraded.

Plus the fact that ruckmen who havent played any games, can still get you a decent pick. Even if he's just promoted knowing other clubs are desperate for young ruckmen. Gives us flexibility with possibly trading Taylor in the future for example.
