...for no zero weeks after his charge was thrown out by the tribuneral tonight :D :p

You would think he would be a shoe in for atleast an of the bench defensive role this week then

Was in the pocket right in front of me. Murphy dropped the ball at the last second. was just about unavoidable, regardless of how it looked.

If Murph hadn't of had possession of the ball or was trying to gain the loose ball, then we would have a different outcome.

That incident is probably a very good example of where McGuane is at. He needed to show a bit of composure, not give away a free, look at forcing a bounce or ball-up. Instead he really rushed at Murphy and was in no position to stop himself.

Still a lot of raw enthusiasm about the way he goes about it. I have described him before as a big Labrador pup - just bounding around knocking things down. Needs a little bit more science and footy wisdom and he could develop into a handy player. He at least has enough talent to persist with.

Far prefer trying to get a naturally aggresive player to tone it down - that a squib who you have to try to motivate.

Terrible to lose on the weekend but Schulz, McGuane, Foley are at least prepared to play a physical brand of footy. That is one minor positive.

I gotta admit I never thought McGuane would make it, but I was impressed by his game against Carlton. Moore I thought did a good job as well, except for that time he let Walker get past him and kick a goal.

Tambling did the same. Joel bowden did the same. These guys are more experienced too.

But yes, one of Moores bigger mistakes of the game. he'll learn.
