What is Mclean mystery Illness this week??

Will not getting a game in the seniors hurt his AA chances? :p

I think it was good he wasn't selected if this is all true about his injuries or form.I think playing injured and not performing too well just makes him look dudlike. It's better to rest or get some run practice in the VFL where the game slower.I personally would rest him or operate and get him ready for finals in case the injury flares up.McLean i think has a 2 or 3 year contract? No club will admit they got it wrong in drafting a player this early. They might feel so far it hasn't been perfect but hope the next year or so it will work.He has had a lot of injuries although so it's a concern.

It appears clear that McLean is a tier two at least player who - like Bower, Walker, Waite, Yarran, and others who have battled injury this season - has been hampered in his progress after showing outstanding promise, which included a Hayes-like numbers where it counts.

What I enjoyed most about that interview (the whole one rather than the news lead drawn from it) was how candid Ratten is about his coaching and his expectations. It was also gratifying to see some of the hot issues in these forums put to the boss - makes being involved with BF feel more significant than just engaging in wit battles with the generally unarmed.

Kudos to Jason Phelan on putting the questions we're asking here to the boss and getting some real answers.

Brock has a point to prove against former under 18s team mate and good friend Adam Bentick at Port Melbourne. There's no way the MC were going to deny him this opportunity and you can bet he'll be fired up for it, OK! :D

If he is carrying an injury and that's why he cant perform or play in the AFL why does he line up at the Bullants. Does the red jumper cure hip related problems? I'm not doctor but I would think if you're injured you dont get rested to go play somewhere else and expect to get better
