We never found out really, but you are probably correct, MC always seems to know best.
That he wasn't picked up elsewhere is convincing.
I thought he & Tim Callan & Davenport all showed something at various stages.

Never seemed to get much of a run at it , I agree Vdubs
Very hard at it with reasonable skill and a good size for a flanker - played some very good preseason games IIRC
Just another AFL hard luck story I guess

To get into the preseason spirit I watched the 2006 NAB Cup GF, Will was running around in that.

Also watched the 2009 one, and a player I have no memory of was playing for us. No 31 McKenna?! Tall and skinny.

Yep, Dan McKenna got cut and was not picked up by anyone else IIRC.
