I just listened to the media conference and what annoys me the most is that they want to talk about everything other than the game that was just played. It took them about 5mins (out of 10mins) to actually start talking about the game.

Even asking McPharlin about the Cloke speculation - are you freaking kidding me.

wow... what a stony, morose interview... and im happy with that, because we really did put up a terrible performance...

couple of things:

1. loved lyons "im not here to validate gold coast, im here to talk about fremantle"

2. straight from the bosses mouth "Fyfe is gone for the year"

3. not happy with ballantyne

4. stoppages were a big concern

5. even mcpharlin seemed filthy with the performance

I agree that it was a terrible performance but I would have loved to hear more from Ross about what we did badly and what we are going to do to fix it. I dont want to hear about GC and Cloke at an after match press conference. If I wanted to hear about how GC went about it then I would listen to the Bluey press conference.

About the only shining light is that we actually only kicked 4 points (6 rushed behinds)
