Melbourne based members......?

Hey guys,

Just a question, has anyone else been screwed around with their memberships? I bought 3 at the same time and only 2 have arrived. I have contacted SS headquarters 4 times now and they've still not managed to pop that 3rd membership in the post.

I was hoping to book a ticket for the Essendon game by using the payment confirmation email (which has membership details) but alas they only sent me an email for 1 membership (even though i paid for all 3 at the same time and used my contact details for the 3 memberships). This meant that I had to buy a ticket for the Essendon game which annoys me greatly because they don’t need the extra money.

Anyway i rang SS headquarters again today and they realised the problem- they hadn't completed the last part of the process which completes the membership transaction; putting the membership in the post J arggg!

The reason I’m asking this question is a friend of mine’s membership hasn’t arrived either – which poses the question, how many memberships have the Melbourne based SS headquarters fkd up? In my little circle its 50%

Should go down to the Melbourne office in person, worked for me last year.....but as Bedford said, changing offices soon.
