Having just been in Melbourne, I believe I have witnessed the worst television ad in history.

"Take a dip into Dimmey's"

Dipper singing karaoke is bad enough, but then it seems the ad cuts off midway through??

Worst TV ad in history? That's a big call - some of the regional stations' ads for farm equipment and the like would have to be considered too. But that Dimmeys one is pretty bad - I saw it during my last Victorian trip and it's a shocker.

As for the worst radio ad, there's no competition there. Has to be that one for the cranberry juice with the poem that the managing director wrote all by himself.

It's not one of the worst ads, but the Me!bourne ones are stupid and seem stuck up.
