Those numbers would suggest we have effectively signed ZERO new members for the year - remember their special drive got over 5k new members after they stopped publishing numbers in July last year. Realistically we've signed a few and lost a few but have effectively been static. Members that sign up over the remainder of the season show the real increase for the year.
