i have just recieved my membership package in the mail and have been on line trying to logon to the members only section but it keeps saying that it doesnt recognise my number and wont let me in any ideas on whats going on ?

go to richmonds home page and on the tabs up the top of the screen the very last one says 'eye of the tiger'. thats it
