This is my story about what has happened to me,in October I bought my 8 year old son a legends membership to go with mine when I bought it I told the person I needed to be seated next to my son reasons being he is only 8 years old when the change your seat period come up I rang up and got directed to an answering machine the message said to leave your membership number name and conctact phone number, I did this but never received any phone call I have contacted the club numerous time via email and telephone these calls were a waste of time, today I received a phone call from a member of the membership department saying that they can’t get my son next to me now because it was to late, I told him this has been going on since October how can it been to late he then said that I should of rang up in change seat period which I informed him I did this was about the 5th time I had told him he then had the audacity to tell me that I should of realised that the message on the answering machine was wrong and I should of rang back earlier trying to shift the blame I got very angry after that now we are at a stalemate because of the incompetence of the membership department I would like some ideas for my next step.
