What do you think are some of the reasons for the slump in membership? Last year's form is obviously a problem, but even some good form this year hasn't fixed things. I would expect the reasons will vary for different people so I can only speculate:
1. Poor value for money if you can't get to a lot of games.
2. Moving home games to Docklands diminishes value and maybe annoyed people.
3. You don't really feel a member of anything - it's just a pre-purchased entry pass.
4. Years of false advertising has finally caught up - "join up and see the Tigers roar" gets a bit hollow after 20 years of failure.
Your thoughts?
If we get a good list of ideas together we could send them into the new CEO!
