Think underrated is the word you are looking for champ

He is at the moment. Bruce is already traded as far as most on here go and Membrey might as well go too. Put all our chips in on Paddy and hope that Tom Lynch feels sorry for us.
95% of our list is traded next season if half the people on here have their way. All for draft picks because that makes us better automatically because we will hit on every one of them.

Usually gets a lot of goals running back into an open 50 but fluffed that one on the weekend on the one play of the game where the half backs/mids got it past halfway clean.
No chance of one of his contested marks given it takes 2-3 minutes for all other f50 entries to get the ball forward and then there is 30 bodies inside 50.

Saying someone is overrated is definitely overrated. I just don't rate it at all.

Nor do former greats like Malcolm Blight who once said "I couldn't give a rates tossbag about overrates"

I think rating someone according to their rate level is the only rating that can truly be rated [emoji848]

It really depends on the role he plays, as a 3rd or 4th forward he is under rated, he great judgement of the flight of the ball and great elevation for his height, runs well and hard and good reader of the play. Is really good one on one where he can use speed and judgment to get separation.

He's overrated if we expect him to play as first or second forward, he struggles with body contact in the marking contest and his lack of size compared to the no 1 or 2 back man of size means that he can't control the either the fall of the ball or his opponents body. Suffers badly one vs two with slow ball movement, simply not tall or physical enough in the contest. too many think he is either a tall forward or pays like a tall and then use thus to justify playing him as a 2nd forward, he is a better marking Luke Breust and should play that role

He shouldn't play injured and he shouldn't play as anything other than a third tall or even a 4th, with our game plan and delivery skills it's like playing Breust at FF then bombing it to him and wondering why it isn't working. If anyone would benefit from Marshall or Battle playing with Paddy in the team it's Membrey.

He´s a brilliant mark one on one. Not many in the league can touch him up in this regard. The structure is all wrong at the moment, we all know it
from players, coaching staff, supporters. It´s so out of whack. When he came into our side I thought is he´s so underrated, he´s diamond in the rough.
Why do we judge so harshly all the time. a week is long time a season is just a season. He´s got one of the best standing jumps Ive ever seen. Get of his back. The kid has got loads of talent. Be patient.

With a dodgy knee his vertical leap is severely compromised, and would also effect his kicking action. So no surprises his output has been affected.
