Method Man & Redman: Blackout 2

Ten years since their last album (Geez, weed does make you lazy), and it sounds like they haven't lost a beat. The lyrics are always top notch with these two, gotta love Redmans humourous and clever wordplay and Method Man's smooth flow. They are underrated imo, and this album is actually pretty good. Now, I'm not calling it a classic - but a good comeback for the weed-toking buddies. What you think? Are you gonna get it?

Saw them at Festival Hall a few years ago, amazing live act. Love them both together, individually Method Man ain't that great (Red is a legend with his solo work alone) but together they just fit so perfectly. Great act and looking forward to hearing this.

I really like it. Not as good as the first one but still a very good album. Had it and the first on constant repeat lately.

Not my favourite song off the album, but I love City Lights. At first I though Red & Meth + south beat was a strange combination but it comes out great.

Spent the weekend high as shit listening to this and the first one.

City Lights is just a killer track, no two ways about it.

Man, Hiphop needed this album right now imo. It might be a bygone era for some, but it shits on the overly commercial crap coming out right now.

Another very good album. Been listening to it alot recently, and it's very smooth. A step above all hiphop released recently. These guys are quality.
