Micro SD to Micro SD

Hello all. I have recently upgraded my micro SC card in my phone from 2gb - 16gb. Does anyone know how i can transfer my photo's from the 2gig to the new 16gig ??. I though of transferring the data from the 2gig to the phone then onto the 16gig but the phone memory is not enough to temporarily hold the info. Phone is a HTC Wildfire S. Cheers.

Put the 2GB card in the phone and connect it to your PC with the USB cable. You should be able to browse the files.

Copy them to the PC, swap the cards in the phone and do the reverse.
