Microsoft Are Scamming Dogs

Double Charged then only got 1 month from it, turned off auto renewal and still getting charged after it was said my account was cancelled and auto renewal is off, lmao now I have to get the bank to put a stop on these scamming flogs NEVER AGAIN will they get my money. For anything microsoft I will download for nothing, flogs!

It was over a year ago i signed up to Auto-renewal and it was a massive ****ing effort to just turn it off. I just ended up cancelling my card... ****ING *****
I understand it is more efficient now but it really pissed me off at the time.
Also i forgot the password to my xboxlive account when i got the Red ring and they have been no help at all with that. Won't tell me the email that is with the account so i can reset it.

Removing a card from your payment option takes about 30 seconds in the account management settings.

Recently had to change my card number because the last card was dead. my mum could have done it it was so easy

Yeah it's easier now
Back in the day it was near on impossible
I remember googling how to do it and the answers were like a book
I got so frustrated i just left it for a few months and i guess that's what they wanted

Got no idea about how xbox live works but seriously there has to be a way to contact Microsoft themselves about it not the bank. Microsoft may not be human but the humans that work for them do make mistakes as do billing systems.

This was a big gripe with xbox live people a few years ago so don't call me a ****ing baby
