he is a big chance to debut this weekend. however the fremantle selectors are unpredictable and will probably bring a dud back in like head or gilmore.

Barham, i dont think will hold his spot for long. Hartlet is a shoe in for at least a few more, hopefully he can bump up his price nicely and then allow me to downgrade him him when he peaks.

Hartlett if you want a player who looks to keep his side and score consistently. Barham if you want to free up cash and aren't concerned if he gets dropped in the next month.

Then i think beams, rich still are going to rise in value. So i'm not sure if i'll trade out, more likely to look at downgrading Pentrenko in the backs, not sure who to though

Hell have further scans in 2 weeks in order to get permission to start training. Then 2 weeks till he can play and then 2 weeks in the VFL was what I got out of his comments.

So about rd 11 until he debuts, rd 13 until you pick him up.

Rich has just been a bit out of form but I'm fully confident he'll make it to at least $250,000. I really want DeBoer to start playing so I can trade Robinson to him. I don't like Hartlett's price and I'm not sure if Barham can stay in his team's side. I see DeBoer being a bit like Palmer, players who can rack up the possessions but have suspect disposal. I'm sure Freo would replace Palmer with him.

I'll be looking to downgrade Otten next week but won't be home all week which means I'll be doing the trades straight after lockout ends this Sunday night! :S

If Otten has another big week I'll hold off the trade/s for a week but if not who should I be looking at? Cockie/DeBoer/???

Im starting Butler. His BE is not coming up on FF, though i think i saw it in the 70's. Would anyone be able to help out?

Had considered trading him to Hartlett but I think it may well be a waste.

Cockie could be another option. Got promoted off the rookie list last week and was widely expected to play against Hawthorn. Unfortunately he didn't but I think he could be selected soon.

Some downgrade targets for later this year are Liam Anthony (unless you still have him) and maybe Tom Swift. He's been in brilliant form in the WAFL and could make an appearance in the latter half of the season.

3 weeks isnt long though, not a reliable back up and not a cash cow...

I'm hoping Anthony will when he comes back. I would think DeBoer would be more likely to find his way into Fremantle's team and cement a spot only due to Palmer but then again who knows how the coaches are thinking? Hartlett is to expensive IMO.

Depends on who you are trading out for him. A lot of people are trading Walker to Warren this week for cash. Nets you 88500. Warren will likely be one your final forwards bench players, as he probably wont be another upgrade option.

Rich to Hartlett nets you 94700. Rich might have reached his peak with a B/E of 70. I only expected him to average 55 coming into the season, so he has made a decent amount of cash considering. Hartlett is Ports highest draft pick ever and looks a player. Should hold his spot and continue to score well.

I would rather have Hartlett in the team than Warren. Hartlett provides a genuine upgrade option around R10-12, perfect for a falling premium. Not sure if Warren will be that useful, as it would cost too much to upgrade him (if he even keeps his spot). Walker will probably be in and out of Adelaides side throughout the year, but he is handy enough for a final bench spot.

Too early to downgrade. Unless you have someone like Robinson who isn't going to rise anymore.

Still another 2-3 weeks until I make my first downgrade, then i'll kick into third gear, and bring in the guns.

Best options to downgrade this year should be:
DeBoer, Anthony, Sidebottom (already got him ), Swift (Same as Sidebottom), Cockie, Sheldon, Ballantyne. Theres more but this is just off the top of my head.
