For newborough to rename there reserves 'the development squad' they must think there senior players last year are good enough, but let's have a look at the list: d.Disito, matt disisto, blythman, Kennedy. Would it be fair to say 3 out of the 4 named would just about be in the 12 o'clock game this year going on last years perfomance (although i did only see them plet when we played them) and bodies getting older. So unless they have another 15 new players like last year there gonna have to play there youth, so there for maybe should have renamed it the veteran squad.

Too true Phone Book. K-man would not have any of those players in the starting 18 at Traf.

1. Traf (so much list depth of quality players)
2. Yinnar (always consistent and perform when it matters)
3. Newborough (credit where credits due, they still have some decent players)
4. East (Always threatening)
5. Thorpy (a few green bills have been spotted on the players dinner plates)
6. Mirboo (age factor will wear them down)
7. Boo'we never make finals 2 years in a row'larra
8. The rock (to many good players gone to Morwell)
9. Hill End (actually couldnt name one decent player up there)
10. Yarra (have Pavey coaching them...enough said)

Dont know about the Joel Selwood rant, but he would play on the ball in most GFL sides. It would just depend on whether he wanted to test himself or not.

i think hes a great player in mid gippy but he should try and see how he gos in the west gippsland league players who are good in lower leagues should step up for a year and try in a better league
