Use Internet Explorer and visit the following sites:

www.packetnews.com
www.ircspy.com

in the search box enter your search.

The reason you need to use IE is because it copies the link to the clipboard and you can paste it in your chat window.

You can make Mozilla copy the link but you need to enable something in the about:config file or something, something to do with java, but its a security risk.

Since your using mIRC add the following in the DCC options list to allow (accept) the following files:

*.tar
*.avi
*.mpg
*.mpeg
*.bin
*.cue
*.wmv

they should be enough, otherwise mIRC won't download these files, and these files are pretty common in IRC.
