16 seconds left he misses a jumper to tie the game but Nesby gets the follow up. The Wizards then foul Marbury and he can only make 1 of 2 ... then they give it to Mike, he drives right throws the head fake to lose Marion and drops the 15 footer. It seems so easy for him.

Good win though, the last of a 3 game western swing with losses to Sacramento and LA the Wiz needed to salvage a win. Houston at home next. Go the Wizards.

will anyone really evr get boored with mike hitting those game winners?
not a chance! what a hero!

Just lost to Houston at home  Stupid losses like this shouldnt happen. Dont get me wrong, Houstons record betrays there real talent and if Franchise had'nt gone down earlier in the year they would be well and truly in the playoff hunt.....BUT....its a home game against a team that the Wizards should beat.

Dont quite know what was going on with MJ but he only took 12 shots?? Scored 11 points, had 11 assists and 6 boards. Not like Mike to shoot just 11 shots?? Was watching the updates live over the net and being down by 10 or so with 6 mins to go, Nesby, Rip, Davis, Whitney were all taking shots?? Why werent they going to Jordan?? Strange?

Anyways put it behind us and forge on!

hubert davis has always been a top shooter..
but when whitney & nesby are taking shots, doesnt look too good...

and, i dont think houston is a team that washington 'should' beat...

MJ's knee presented problems again... a fluid build-up.. which will require draining... and will miss the next game (his second missed game of the season)...

Yeah just read all about it Coxy.... Jordan said in an interview after the game that his knee was bothering him so he tried to distribute the ball more and try to find the open guys. Apparently he was doing a fine job but nobody was knocking down the shots. Will be a tough stretch now for the Wiz with Detroit next who after a little slump have returned to there early season form, without Jordan that game will be tough. Then we got New Jersey...but we'll see.

Go Wiz....Go Bulls!
