Nutshell ... told all the richmond supporters who were sooking and saying how weak and pathetic we are etc. etc. etc. to not throw the baby out with the bathwater and get some perspective ...

We were 0-9 and at pretty short odds to not win a game and to go 6 from 10 from then onwards would have exceeded everyones expectations .

14 new players on the list ... 2 debutantes today . We are a very young side and having played a lot of footy myself i know that kids are always going to struggle to play out 22 games .

Told them all to wake up to themselves basically and look at the broader picture ... probably worded a little differently but that was the jist of it

Also just to add to the OP's actual comments made on radio.....how do people think Doggies fans are feeling???? They are down by 75 at the moment......but I bet they arent saying the future is bleak...yada, yada, yada....bottom line is, any team can look bad.
