Hi guys,
Thought I'd have a whinge! Actually some info you should know about:-
Never sign a mobile ph contract unless you have fully read and understood it! Don't expect a cooling off period (not in UK anyway).
Never sign until you have checked out the competition and made sure its the best deal around.
Ask what the exchange/returns/cancellation policy is.
Ask after how long you can upgrade.
Ask can the upgrade be cancelled once you have agreed to it.
Always threaten to cancel if your out of contract, the company will prob offer a better deal to keep you.
Always ask about the repair/loan phone policy before you sign.
Ask about the plan/tarrif/redemption/cashback offer before you sign and make sure you FULLY understand the terms and conditions of the offer, whether calls and sms etc roll over, what time you can use the phone etc etc.
I could go on and on....but just think about it before next time you sign or agree!
