Injury Morabito

I doubt he'd play this weekend even if Peel didn't have the bye - being concussed and all.

Yeah I know, I'm just getting impatient and want him to continue to build match fitness (although he was up and about straight after). Hopefully they give him one of the long match running sessions that they did with Mundy and then he can play his return game at home.

I used the word loopy but it is only my opinion. I think when Pav kicks the ball over a similar long distance the ball will get there quicker then when Morabito kicks a similar distance. Maybe it says more about Pavs kick than Mora's but I think Mora gives it more air/trajectory. Maybe he gets to close to the man on the mark?

You want to see this one to the end hey Fred. Just a different observation is all. As JM said, keep it in the back of your mind

Righto, I asked for clarification;
It started out Mora loops his kicks ala Crowley ; I countered.
Then his kicks can be Bombs ; I don't have a problem with occasional bombing the ball which to me means 60 metres plus gain.
Then his kicks were described as Loopy Bombs ; This one has me stumped.

My best guess is Loopy kicks can best describe Dylan Roberton's floaters. = not good
Bombs can be used to describe Mora, Suban, Pav, Hill = very good distance gained.

Mora often Bombs the ball at goal but can lack accuracy as opposed to Stephen Hill for example and Pav.
Suban can bomb the ball to players with accuracy. so too can Mora.

He looks very good, strong, quick exactly what we need.

His kicks may be loopy (60m kicks often are) but they are too his team mates advantage, which is all a forward needs.

Was he ever good with his disposal?

Certainly had the ability to roost the ball, but they always had more than a touch of the Crowley Bomb about it.

Exactly what I was thinking. Less loop than Crowley... a longer, flatter kick. But he often kicked around his body when he was short on time.

A long kick, but not a particularly accurate one (to field targets) from what I can remember.

Why so? (Excuse the ignorance )

Because he went nuts after Brown broke Shaw's jaw behind the play and he goes and does a similar thing to Morabito. I confess to not seeing the incident though but to be suspended for three weeks shows it was pretty bad.

Toby McGrath was involved in a tweet-fight, post Mason Shaw facial injury, flagging WCE listed Mitch Brown as gutless, and some, for apparently striking Shaw off the ball.

It has clearly become apparent he was not actually upset with Brown over his injuring Shaw, but that Brown had in fact breached copyright of what is clearly Toby's trademarked "move".

Ah yes, thanks for the refresher - didn't pick up was the same guy ... wow, what an idiot.

I'm thinking my bud Mora might be named this week. Last game was the MCG , good to get back to the home of footy play a quarter ( assume game will be out of reach) so less pressure , get rid of the nerves ready for a full Subiaco game next week.

Had a bit of respect for the guy for sticking up for Shaw but yeah he's just shown what a tosser he is.
