Moving in the right direction

I was proud of the fellas today as I really believe there has been a consistent improvement and despite the score line I thought it really showed today. That first quarter showed just what we are capable of.

We obviously need a bit more talent on the paddock but the Crows are one well drilled side and despite the beating I think we showed signs that we are not far off.

Bate makes a big difference to our side and Bartam did a great tagging role on McLeod - each week Bails learns something new and he keeps improving the side week by week and thats all we can ask.

I agree. I am not upset or frustrated at all by this loss simply because I KNEW that it was going to happen and I can tell that we are headed in the right direction. We have sucked as bad as this at AAMI with better sides so I think we are moving, albeit slowly, in the right direction.

I agree with what you're saying that we're on the right track, but with 15 inside 50s in the first quarter (5 more than the Crows) and 24 after that is very disappointing.

The Hawks game is one I'd not like to get destroyed in, I know we're progressing but man I can't stand getting smashed.
