This may be a stupid question, but...

How do I stop msn from logging in every time I open outlook?

I had it so that it asked for my password everytime, until I got xp, now it doesn't matter what I try, I can't stop it automatically logging it. Anyone?

there isn't a box. If I sign out it just says "click here to log in as eigor44@hotmail.com or click here to log in as another user."

I've tried options and although there is a box that says "always ask for my password when checking hotmail..." which is checked, nothing happens.

OK, I just worked it out.
You sign out and click sign in as another user, and then your addy should be in the box with no password.
I think that's right.

Aggles ... try re-installing MSN. It will more than likely promt you every time you want to sign in. Just leave the "Remember my name and password on this computer" box unchecked. So then ... when you open Outlook ... you won't sign in automatically. That's how i have mine ... as i don't always like to chat. It frigs be off that you can't logon to msn by appearing offline.

But anyways ... that should work. Just as long as you don't have MSN Explorer ... cos it logs into msn regardless. :)

Okay thanks for that. .

*bangs head against the wall* I tried to delete msn, but somehow it stayed, and I deleted Internet Explorer instead... except I know it's not fully deleted because I can open html documents on it (that's how I got back here) but I have no idea where to find it...

I should so not be allowed near a computer.
