I just thought she'd had an ab master gym system for a little while now.....I was gonna ask whether it was worth it cause it looks like an easy way to good abs, and fast!

nah i use them at the gym though! do weights/bench etc :) always use weights with abs like any muscle you need to build them up, doing 100 crunches a night wont work as well as people think! Also with most people they have a layer of fat, lose that before you get to feel the abs.

but anyways... beer thats what we were talking about :p ;)

Ah okay......cause I do all these sit ups every day and the results are not really as I would like. And I don't get to the gym as often as I used to unfortunately.

But since you were talking about beer, forget I said anything!

just remember its a muscle, you need to do weights to improve the muscles. like i said sit ups/crunches each night may tone but you wont get definition. One thing i learnt! :) so i do 50 crunches then i do 50 weight crunches, then sit ups/twists. might take a while, but lose that flabby top and you'll get there. Or do what Janet Jackson did and get the fat stucked out ;)

Hmmm....that all sounds like a whole lot of effort.....I think I'll leave the abs for footy players and the like and just be pleased with a flat stomach.

Thanks for the advice though.

Cheers......just out of interest, when you lost all your weight did you do anything specific such as a low carb, low fat diet or did you just watch what you ate and exercised regularly?

i cut out all junk food, ate 6 small meals a day... for a few months i did do things wrong by "starving" myself but i got back on track and exercised 4-5 days a week. didnt do a certain diet but just stop eating the fatty goods.

after a year i got into weights so now i train 6 days a week :)

Sounds like me.....I think I'm still in the starving stage though :o :p

I only do smaller weights at home at the moment, and I don't train 6 times a week....that is dedication!
