always use weights with abs like any muscle you need to build them up, doing 100 crunches a night wont work as well as people think! Also with most people they have a layer of fat, lose that before you get to feel the abs.

so i do 50 crunches then i do 50 weight crunches, then sit ups/twists. might take a while, but lose that flabby top and you'll get there. Or do what Janet Jackson did and get the fat stucked out
