hey guys, im 17 soon to be 18 and love having a punt on the sports here and there, was thinking about doin a multi.
kangas to win the nab cup ($11), victoria to win the pura cup ($2.25), central coast mariners to win the a league ($3), central coast mariners to qualify for the grand final (beat newcastle by +2) ($4) and australia to win the tri series in the cricket ($1.36).
was thinking puttin $10 on that for a payout of just a touch over 6k. thoughts????

one more question.... how do u do a multibet at a tab? lol, thanks in advance
 
im no expert on this but just maybe, might be wrong, the central coast mariners winning the GF and also beating Newcastle to qualify for grand final rely on each either to a certain degree so this might be an invalid bet.
Anyway Im sure sethlad or somebody will give you a much better answer!
 
Yeah, correct you can't put a multi on, for instance, where i'd take Carlton to make the 8, and Carlton to win the GF... i.e where one leg is 'linked' to another.

To put the bet on you can do it on the touch screen machines or get the multi fill in card, and the accumulator card (if more than 5 legs)... just fill in the number of legs you want and get the codes of the sportsbet screen. Pretty east, hope that all made sense. If not, a tab employee should be able to help, or ask one of the locals hanging around the computers!

thanx guys for ur advice, ill take out the central coast mariners to win the flag and ill replace it with inter milan to win the serie a.
on the touch screens wat do u press, is it under sportsbet or somehting, thanx guys

just got back from the tab, had a bit of a punt on the 2020 tonight and put a multi
put 5 bucks on the turbanator to score the most runs for india @ $67 to pay $335
5 on dave hussey @ $10
also put 5 on the first wicket to be bowled to pay $22.50
and my multi uve all been waiting for
aus to win 2nite @ $1.40, central coast to qualify for the grandfinal $4.20, victoria to win the pura cup $2.25, and rooz to win the nab $11. total $145.53.
i put 5 on that so that makes it a possible return of $727.65

Ahh...I just wish for the days when i had enthusiasm like that...
age should curb those bets...good on you though its the only way to experience the highs...and lows :)

wats rong with puttin 5 bucks on it, 5 bucks is nothing, if it happens it will b great but if it doesnt then i wont b lighter in the pockets

Sethlad is out at the harness sales which is why he probably hasnt replied. In multi's you cant include a punt in the same game, so you might be able to get away with it. That said, it wouldnt surprise me if you couldnt. Why dont you try a multi-plus, if you're going with the TAB, and use your other legs as anchors and have two punts with all of them into one of the soccer legs and the same into the other leg? Just halve your outlay so have 5 on each. Significantly lower payout but you can have both of them on the go.

lmaoo thanx mate, but dunno i rekon i mite fall down at the rooz for the nab, but anywayz it was 5 bucks so it wont hurt me lol, but if i win i will regret not putting in victoria for the ford ranger cup and inter milan for the serie a @ ^ and $1.16 respectively
