I aint much of a big gamer, and that video audio combo is better than whats in my current one anyway, AND its not onboard like my current one, so its still an improvement;) Can always get a better one at a later date if absolutely necessary.

If you're not a big gamer, you can definitely save a heap of money :) It's funny actually, I was a big gamer but just suddenly stopped for no apparent reason right after my HSC. Nowadays I mostly just surf the net, do some light web dev, some light graphics work (and ocassionally work out the laptop with video-editing). More RAM and HDD space is more my concern!

The biggest problem with playing PC games is that you have to continue to update your computer to be able to play the latest games and that is a very costly exercise. Therefore, I prefer to use the PS2 for my gaming needs and keep the computer for work and the net.

Not being a gamer, apart from Yahoo, my pent2-300 still works fine. Like a lot of older stuff, it's more reliable and bullet-proof too.

Yeah I prefer the PS2 to.

You dont have to keep updating and your assured that only the PS2 the game will work. On PC it may not work. I also think its easier to play them with the game control then using keyboard or Joystick.
