Good to hear our up and coming big guys played good games except Hughes that is.

Graham and Patto best on ground and Schulz played pretty well.

Havent heard a thing about how Riewoldt went though. :o

Thursty played well by all reports.

Good result. :thumbsu: On ya cubs!

Just got back from it. Don't know where they are getting the idea that Patto was BOG. Not even near it. Our ruckman were dominated in the taps, he got a bit around the ground but made a lot of mistakes

It was a very average standard of match so I would not get excited.

Howatt was our best, though he made some bad errors in the last quarter. Lids was ok though not at all damaging.
Schultz showed some good signs but seemed to struggle a bit with the heat.
I thought that hughes actually looked ok down back as did Jackson when he went down there. Neither got a touch up forward.
Reiwoldt won't be playing senior footy this year, he has a long way to go.
Hartigan and bling tried hard but made a few mistakes. Good to see bling taking them on a bit more now.
Krackour didn't do a lot, or McGuane and Meyer.

Overall a pretty average game, the skills and the decisions from the tigers players coming into the forward line were very poor and I don't think any of the draftees from this year will play senior footy.

It was a very hot day and that may have contributed a litte to the standard.

A think I would have been better off remaining ignorant lol
Thanks Wally :thumbsu:

god who knows with afl's website. the only thing you can rely on (hopefully) is the goal kickers. obviously employed a NSW (sydney supporter) reporter to write the report so they would have been watching all of sydneys players. cant judge anything till i see it with my own eyes. praying for a game in VIC next week.

You should see what I have to read from the Herald sun, mate! Even when we win, they mainly talk about the Victorian club we are playing. :( They are all biased.

you're right but you have to expect it cos its a victorian newspaper. they are just giving the majority of the readers what they want.

But they still have to counter for the thousands of Swans fans living in Victoria. We do have more supporters in Victoria than teams like the Kangaroos.

Just to let you Tigers supporters know, I just heard on SEN that Cleve Hughes is fine.

cheers for the update on hughes :thumbsu:

******** the city of Sydney. I'm from Melbourne originally. Like I always say there's only one good thing in Sydney and that's the Swans and even they came from Victoria originally:D :thumbsu:

Trouble is, you wouldn't get coverage in Sydney either lol
Only one thing around it - come and support the Tiges :thumbsu:

Sorry mate! I've tipped Richmond to make the finals this year but I'll never change from my beloved Swans. I've stuck by them through relocation and 3 wooden spoons in a row so I ain't moving but thanks for the offer though lol:thumbsu:
