A game designed to be played when your drunk? Says it all really.
And you're being far too kind. It's rubbish. And about as funny as Hamish and Andy's gap year(not very).
Good luck to anyone who can sit through the entire game and not want to hurt the developers.

So the 'sequel' is now out on PSN and XBLA.
There is a trial available to play at a 958MB download, I decided to give it a go.
There's one thing that comes from playing it, DO NOT WANT.
It's really got not a whole lot of redeemable features. Although it's not deplorable, it's all just a bit tame and a bit lame with nothing going on that you really could think is outstanding.
Graphically this wouldn't be out of place with a PS2 game, flat bland textures, dull lighting and just crap looking environments. There's absolutely nothing special going on graphically.
Gameplay wise it's just a dull boring game. You have an open area with Bears all around and a target to take out, but the AI is so rote and uninteresting that not only could you have your target killed within about 30 seconds but there's no challenge in taking out anyone in the level without raising an eyebrow of the other bears. The kills are also really underwhelming. The game plays under the guise that it's this violent like take on a kids game or theme, but it feels so tame in those respects that it almost feels like it's just a kids game with slightly over the top (for kids) kills. If the kills are going to be as tame and boring as they are, they could at least add some humour too them.
Sound wise again it's extremely dull. Nothing makes much of a noise, most noises seem to be repeated ad nauseam. And the narrator is very annoying and not at all as interesting as he thinks he is.
So yeah, might be an improvement on the original (not that I've played it so it could just be more of the same), but there's nothing fun or interesting or worthwhile putting time into here. It's just boring, dull and very tame to what I was expecting anyway.
