Not sure if I'd take the 3 game sample size over 14-4 they finished on the road last year and then a solid 3-3 in the playoffs.
I'd put it down to just playing shit rather than home/road.

Pacers depleted, going to be a tough season for them. Gone from playing for a chip to a bottom side pretty crazy.
They were the most watchable team for me last year and that’s even considering they’ve caused me plenty of heartbreak over the last couple of seasons. Shows how quickly this game can change.
