and the NBL site won't have livescores for a few rounds, as they've decided to do the ****ing upgrade a week out from the start of the season.

Yeah..... good one  Idiots !!

And there's no bloody 4TO broadcast, so I can't listen to the Crocs game tonight !!! :thumbsd:

**** !!

1/4 time

We're down 31-25 @ West Sydney

Ro Ellis with 14 of our 25.

Nice to see our defence has improved

Hawkins ripping it up for the Blaze, 14p 5r about midway through the 2nd.

This is the dude that dropped a whole lot of points on MJ, then was never heard of again apparently.

Blaze are carving up the Bullets 48-35

As the Crocs go on an 11-4 run to take the lead in the second. 36-35 at the Pigpen

Ro is a freak....

Blaze look impressive, Hawkins looks a class above NBL level. Already has something like 16 points, 5 boards, 3 assists with no missed shots. Hes 7/7.

Gold Coast 50-Brisbane 37 mid 2nd quarter.

Brisvegas get on a hot streak and pull the margin back to 6

As my man Kelvin Robertson knocks down three triples in a row, to push us to a 51-47 lead. :thumbsu:

Hawkins looks like a real baller and will dominate in the NBL

I love the colours of the court as well

From MM on Ozhoops

Graeme Dann getting chewed out by Bevo for not passing the ball as the landlubbers exit the court for the halftime break - still Townsville leading 60-52 after a 35-21 second quarter.

Townsville really put the hammer down midway through the period and the Pigs had no answers - their transition defence was terrible and they struggled to get anything from their halfcourt offence outside some isolations for Hinson.

JR started slowly but is starting to look very dangerous, Ellis is just a flat out monster and Pepper got better the longer the game went on.

Knight, Petrie and Hinson best for Pigs, while Julian Khazzouh has to stop jacking up rubbish from the perimeter and park himself in the low block.

Stats to halftime
Townsville
Ellis 18 points on 9 of 10 shooting, 3 boards
Pepper 11 on a perfect 5 of 5, 3 boards
Robertson 9 on 3 triples
Young 8 points, 8 boards, 4 assists
JR 8 & 3 assists
Crocs shooting 58% from the field

West Sydney
Petrie 10 on 4 of 5 shooting
Hinson 10 points
Khazzouh 9 points, 4 rebs

I love Ellis + Young + Super Robbo

MM again

Young finds Ellis with a laser inside for two, but Hinson knocks down a buzzer beater triple to make it 89-86 Crocs after three

Ellis 26 on 13/16 shooting and 5 boards
Pepper 16
JR 15

Hinson 18
Khazzouh 15 and 10 boards
Petrie 12

Who decided to give Rosell the flick again :o

Despite our best efforts to **** it up, we got home in the end by 116 - 114 !!!

Were up by 8, before making a host of turnovers, with the Pigs cutting it back to 2 points. Kelvin then made 2 clutch free-throws, before West Sydney got a 2 on the buzzer.

Stats to come shortly :thumbsu:

All I'll say is Rosell Ellis an absolute MONSTER !!

Anyone gonna go to the foxsports website and have a yarn with Carfino. I nearly forgot about it, then John Casey mentioned it for the 100th time.

Tigers ahead at the half @ Singapore (according to sources)

56-48

Yeah GC look good, up by about 14 at one stage.

Struggled bringing the ball up at times against the brisbane pressure, although they will do that to most teams.

I expect GC to go well this year, hawkins looked real good early last nite..

Yeah that stage where they were up by a fair bit then BB defence turned the ball several times and cut their lead.. Also pretty reasonable crowd there too..
