I'm still blown away by how good he is. He showed his strength in the latter half of last year and I remember thinking that this bloke could take that into the afl. I didn't think he'd do it this well though
He seemed even more determined at stoppages against Hawthorn. Grab it dare the campaigners to bring him down

Even so, suck it up. Be grateful you even were drafted. Brat.
Agreed.

Context though, Perth is like a big Geelong. WC Eagles are worshipped, local rag nearly pure dedicated to WC (not AFL), WC groupies in night clubs.

Easy to get a big head as a WC player in Perth

He knows his limitations but a few times his dodgey kicks come off.

Yet, by the game, these limitations appear to be retreating further and further.
The guy is a gun, and ice in the veins as well.
He just executes his intention with the calmest motion, regardless of the applied pressure.

I just love watching him. His response to pressure is absolutely unique: he simply carries on in the same way, maybe contrives a change to avert the pressure, but it is all done with silent determination, no doubt made possible by tremendous upper body strength.

He is but he also gets white line fever. He goes into beast mode once he crosses the line
He is a calm beast though.
He just keeps carrying through what he was going to do before.
Never lets go of what the original focus was, regardless of the opposition pressure.
It is almost as if Ned is the human representation of will power.
He wills himself on, regardless of the external noise.
This can only be possible due to extraordinary upper body strength and extraordinary mental focus and belief.

Despite all this talk about Ned's "poor footskills" I cant really think of many clangers he has made this year.
It's only Rorzza.
His kicking is generally OK, but deteriorates when he's got 3 opposition players hanging off him at stoppages.
He'll fix that when he's spent more time in the gym.

He is but I reckon he's just really frustrated at being at WC.

Buckley did not drop his standards at Brisbane. There's always an excuse if one is looking.
