Need help - animated avatar

Hey everyone; would really appriciate if anyone could help.
I spent a while making an animated avatar and its this:

When I put it as my bigfooty avatar it isnt animated.. does anyone know the problem??

Probably exceeds the specified limit and size for an animated gif that BF allows..You need to check how large a file BF allows for prem accounts

Edit - do you something that could make it smaller? and I also made something that was onyl about 2 slides long and it still didnt work!?
