Signed up for a Netbank account at my Commonwealth branch earlier in the week, and recieved my password today. Is the Client number sent later in the week, or I have to get it somehow?

I wouldn't bother with doing this. Really it is that bad that it's not funny. By doing this you are allowing hackers to get into your email address and try and get at your personal information.
My parents do this and they ended up getting a hoax email from the Comm bank claiming they would pay them money if they gave out their account and pin number. In the end Dad ended up calling the comm bank to see if it was really from them. He found out that it wasn't and sent a copy off to the bank and deleted the email.
