Main points:

1. Any player who kicks or handballs the ball without it being touched will have a free kick paid against.

I can really see this being exploited big time, or it being the deciding factor on the result of a game if it's close. Mind you SANFL Umpires display higher levels of intelligence than AFL Umpires and woudn't completely fudge a decision.

2. Interchange at 50 per game plus 3 at every break.

Thoughts?

1.
A free kick will be paid against the team which kicks or handballs the ball out of bounds without being touched, even if it bounces inside the boundary line.

Players who spoil, tap or carry the ball over the line will not be penalised, provided the action is not deemed deliberate under the current rules.
