I swear, if he gets another game at AFL level, i will be fuming. Send him to Casey and delist him at years end. He really is horrible.
 
Davey is a different issue altogether... and possibly more worrying.
 
Never, in my life, have I seen a player run into the open goal, stop spin onto the non preferred and...

If he ever gets a game again I'll be wanted for murder and Davey is offically a gutless ****.
 
I never ever want to see Newton again, anywhere! Just get rid of him, take hime completely out of consideration.

And I wand to see Davey at Casey next week with a god damned rocket up his arse!
 
Newton was really, really uncompetitive for most of the game, it was really disappointing
 
Words cannot describe how bad Newton was today. He had one sublime tap out to Moloney.... And that was it.
 
Surely this guy won't get another game for the club. Just goes to show, if you have a big mature body you can be an AFL player.

I be interested to know our win/loss record when he has played a game for us.

Newton is one dimensional but can always contribute 1-2 goals. Still not good enough though, and others who can kick the same amount contribute more around the ground, ie. Jurrah.
 
He's been cooked for years, terrible player. His first quarter last week was obviously a miracle.

Still . . . . as sad as he is, and im a huge Newton basher, he actually makes our forward line look like one with his height (not that he uses it well). With the injury crisis he has to stay in i would think.

I hope Gawn comes in next week though, Newton is even worse masquerading as a ruckman than a forward.
 
His first half was disgusting, was one of St Kildas best players. He at least had a go in the second half. He was still better than Justin Koschitzke...

He did put on 1 good tackle and that was it. I am convinced that the club only look at that 1% of good efforts he does for the team and forget about the 99% of crap efforts he does for the team.

His contested marking effort against Gwilt was argubly worse than Davey's pathetic marking effort.

The master of mediocrity does it again! Sack him before we have any chance to get to 9 and half wins, we simply can't afford another year with Bailey.

The good news is that Lyon will not be part of the panel to select our next coach so we will never get another Balme style of coach in Bailey again.

What game were you watching? I would have thought that we recruited Howe and Cook for a reason and they couldn't possibly be as bad as this dud.
