Post here once you find out about our match next week. Location wise, it can't be any worse than Manuka which would have been our second round NAB cup destination. I'm desperately hoping for Sunday arvo at perhaps Optus Oval. Heck, I'd even travel down to Geelong (we played Adelaide down there last year) to watch us play if it were on a Sunday. Hopefully not Saturday as I'll have cricket. Maybe Friday could work.

Anyway, it ain't all about me :p

Given the selected teams and Geelong's general awesomeness, this game hasn't been a total disaster. Some guys (Valenti in particular) have put their hand up for a senior spot which is great to see.

does anyone know where we play the following week? surely it'll be optus oval then.

Does anyone know if the game in Cairns will be on radio or replayed on Foxtel ?

I'd very highly doubt it, someone will give up results on here or you can wait for the AFL site to tell you what you want to know. Don't hold your breath though.

It hasnt been released yet because the afl doesnt no what teams will get eliminated. But I would say we would only travel the once. I no for a fact that the buldogs dont travel again, whether they get knocked out or not. Hopefully play the next two games in Melbourne.

As far as I can recall no NAB Challenge game has ever been televised. There have been local radio calls I think but the AFL are not keen on these as they are not earners. Cairns has internet broadcast coverage of NBL but there's nothing in place AFL-wise. So it's niet, SFA.

Just great not only can we not watch our team play, they host it someone where no die hards can go and give an accurate report on what actually happened. They may as well leave anyone over 6 feet out of this game because surely the oval will be massively wet. Definitely not much point of taking the skipper up there.

Someone who posts on any Melbourne board will be there, there is no doubt about that, so I'm sure we will get a review of the game somewhere.

Who knows about our opponent and location next week? Please say that it's in Melbourne on a Sunday arvo!

I believe we play the Doggies in Bendigo on a Friday night.

After watching the Doggies get smashed last nght hopefully will be a confidence boosting win for our young side.

Doggies look very slow compared to the Bombers.
