I rate this guy extremely highly, must keep him in a purple shirt for as long as possible 
Baring any unforseen injuries in 4 years time would of played about 100 games for the club and then should be in line for the captaincy. Pavlich will be 31-32 and either retired or spending his last years in footy just worrying about himslef and not all the added pressure that being a captain entitles
