The answer is clearly to fold those clubs that perennially serve no purpose other than lols, a comfortable 4 points & something for Kane Cornes to talk about.

The following clubs are to be folded over the next 3 months:

1. North
2. Essendon
3. St Kilda
4. Carlton
5. West Coast

Melbourne, Fremantle and Port will be subject to year-end reviews to determine whether they are granted a license for the 2026 AFL season.
