9:30 - called sister to curse her for sleeping with yet another teammate.
9:45 - shower
11:00 - arrive at club begin warm up.
13:00 - game starts, small hint of indigestion - ignored.
14:00 - Thinks to self 'am I next?' as teammates collapse around him.
14:15 - 11 touches to half time.
14:20 - bites into orange, rush of citrus hits the tongue...
