Done the negatives, and it overall the team was way too slow and unorganised for Essendon
Losing Macreadie , Williamson and Graham had certainly didn't help. We were thin enough on CFC listed players before the start of the game so to lose them.... Not good.

Whichever way I look though, I can't see what the likes of Lobbe and Shaw were recruited for. Could add Mullet and O'Shea but let's focus on those two for today.

Shaw doesn't offer anything and at times looked disinterested. Lobbe has an excuse but boy was he slow. Slow across the ground and slow of mind.

Garlett was ....... Disappointing. Can't paint it any other way. For someone with his skill, he just cruised around. Not good enough.

Phillips thought he was superman today. Flew for plenty but timing way off, especially at centre bounces. Maybe just one of those days.

Tdk looks as though he's doing something even when things aren't going his way. Hard not to like.
Polson battled but did some good things at stoppages Good on him.
Schumacher was OK I guess. Lots went wrong for him but seems to be made of the right stuff.
Silvagni tried. No cohesion in this group today Hard to make anything really work
