If Sinclair is to play local footy I would think he is more likely to play in Eastern League as he is originally from Ringwood and came through the under 18 comp with Eastern Ranges.

The new Heidelberg thirds coach should be a good pick up. Steve Layt, coached the ressie`s at Marcellin last year, also will be doing game work for the Freo Dockers when they are in Melbourne. Good footy person to have at club.
Slayt is my idol. i witnessed him belt 211 off about 130 balls at yulong reserve one summer afternoon for the research CC. G grade but a tons a ton. The man's cover drive is devastating.

Pretty sure he trained at Lalor in 2002. Put in a clearance to leave north but it was knocked back. Took it to apeal but the then DVFL refused the appeal. I supose the answer to your questions is yes.
sorry mate i actually play footy im not a over enthuthiastic NFL supporter like you
so ill be training my arse off to more likely than not no avail when it actually comes to the season
