Fox Footy are supposed to be showing it
(in Darwin at least) today (Sunday).

I Think Palmerston got the jump on Nightcliff
which unsettled them.
The Tigers needed to score early but it wasn't
to be.
Once Mick Mclean moved an extra man into defence
during the second half they(Nighcliff) clawed
their way back into it. Two late goals to Palmerston
in the third killed them.
A couple of points.
a.) i dont believe the final score line reflects on the actual game. WHy i say this is because at the end it became a whitewash.
b.) after all the debates with the ABC not wanting to show it at night, blah blah blah, ch 7 didnt do any better. And what is up with fox footy. If they said it why didnt it happen??

2. Isn't that only Palmerston's second flag in a row ? (I heard Foxtel last night say it was three ....)

Bruce Jarmyn (Southern Districts)
won the Nichols medal.
North Darwin won their first premiership in 1981
moved to Palmerston 1994
won second premiership 2001
won third 2002
