Numbers on one day caps

I belive the numbers on the players caps for the onedayers is the number that player was selected to represent Australia.Eg Ian Harvey has 136 on his cap means he is the 136th player to be selected to represent Australia.
Id like to know who was No1?
Does anyone know?

Stacky mentioned it on the ABC about 2 weeks ago.
