Fremantle Chief Executive Officer Cameron Schwab today announced a record operating profit of $1.539 million for the 2007 financial year.
“This is a great result for the Fremantle Football Club. It represents our fifth successive profit and fourth consecutive one-million-dollar-plus profit,” Cameron Schwab said today.
“We exceeded $30 million gross revenue for the first time in our history and each of the club’s operational divisions met, or exceeded, its objectives.”
The club also set its fifth consecutive record membership with 43,343 members in 2007 (the third highest in the AFL) and another record home game attendance figure of 412,213, at an average of 37,474 per home game."
