I didn't realise Bucks was "so old", though he has been very unlucky in terms of playing for teams that didn't make it into the Finals - although I guess that's his fault for moving from Brisbane to "play Finals football for Collingwood".

I can still remember when Jako & Milli started. They were very young, but very very good too. So I guess it helps the perception of "age" when you get the exposure of playing in a GF before you turn 20.

Age should be measured in terms of "wear and tear" rather than physical age. This is why I think Wilson is good for us. He's a very young 29 who has not been playing AFL with injections and injuries for years. I fear for the Kerrs and Brauns of this world who take so much physical punishment so young.

I think Frodo was just highlighting some of the mis-informed crap that victorians say.

They constantly refer to the eagles as an ageing team, ommiting the fact that Roo is the only player on our list over 30 (Kemp is retired so he's not on our list).
