The only way u get it back is by bringin people to the club that has had a track record of successful culture.
Ie off Field u need sheeds to come into a footy role but not coach, neil balme would be great,
every kid drafted has to be a leader, not a nuff nuff.
Its starts by bringing in the right people at the footy club not losers or selfish people.
